Navy FCU's Position on Corporate Credit Unions

Dennis Godfrey
Chief, Office of Innovation
Navy FCU

In response to NCUA's request for comments regarding the structure of the corporate credit union system, Navy FCU's President and CEO, Cutler Dawson has suggested the industry would be better served by eliminating the corporate credit union system. Join us on June 29th as NFCU's Dennis Godfrey expands on his credit union's position on corporate credit unions and the alternative models suggested by the credit union giant.

Dennis Godfrey is the Chief, Office of Innovation at Navy FCU, and in this capacity he is responsible for fostering strategic excellence and innovation across the Navy Federal enterprise. He is also the CEO of Navy Federal Financial Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navy Federal and serves on its Board of Directors.

Navy FCU is the world's largest natural person credit union, with $36 billion in assets and 3 million members.
