Annual Meeting, December 7, 5:00 – 5:30 P.M.

Please attend MACUMA’s Annual Meeting on December 7, and vote to elect three candidates to serve on the Board of Directors. Only those MACUMA Members listed in the 2009 Directory will be eligible to vote (MACUMA’s Constitution and Bylaws define “Members” as staff and volunteers of natural person credit unions). In accordance with the MACUMA Bylaws, the Nominating Committee is pleased to announce Nominations for the 2010 Board of Directors. Each of the following has expressed the desire to serve the MACUMA membership for a term of 3 years:

President/CEO of Healthcare Systems FCU, Bill Hawkins has more than 25 years in the financial services industry. Bill has served as a MACUMA Director since 2006 and says he appreciates the opportunity that MACUMA provides to work with area CU executives, volunteers and vendor-partners.

Currently serving as Chair of MACUMA, John Hayes has been employed with U.S. Senate FCU since January 2004 as Executive Vice President/COO. John has over 30 years in the financial services industry and has extensive experience as a board member and volunteer at not-for-profit associations.

Brenda Turner joined Arlington Community FCU as President/CEO in 1992. ACFCU provides a vast array of services to over 16,000 members, and its field of membership includes all residents, employees, students and worshipers within Arlington County, Virginia.
