The MACUMA Board of Directors, at its annual planning session on December 3, 2009, and in accordance with the MACUMA Constitution and Bylaws, voted to propose changes to Article II – Membership and Admissions, Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Article VI - Meetings, Section 1. All current Members (staff and volunteers of natural person credit unions) listed in MACUMA’s 2009 Directory are eligible to vote on this change at the February 8, 2010 MACUMA Monthly Membership Meeting.
