Due to the weather related cancellation of our February meeting, the by-law change vote has been moved to the March 8, 2010 meeting.
The MACUMA Board of Directors, at its annual planning session on December 3, 2009, and in accordance with the MACUMA Constitution and Bylaws, voted to propose changes to Article II – Membership and Admissions, Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Article VI - Meetings, Section 1. All current Members (staff and volunteers of natural person credit unions) listed in MACUMA’s 2009 Directory are eligible to vote on this change at the March 8, 2010 MACUMA Monthly Membership Meeting.
